Visit our online portal and simply select all the items you’d like to trade-in from your purchase history. No purchase history? No worries - we accept your PO.P items, no matter where you originally bought them from.

Steps:

Once the items have arrived at our warehouse we will assess them and process them. Watch your inbox! As soon as we verify your trade-in, we’ll issue an online PO.P voucher code via email. 

Please note: items that are still within the 90 day returns period are not eligible to trade-in to PO.P second hand.

You will receive a PO.P voucher to use on our website. The amount varies depending on the type of item you return.

Set pricing that’s clear and fair ! After research of other major re-sale platforms we have a determined a price that fits within these markets. We have also taken into consideration our free postage, free returns and the hassle free process of PO.P second hand.

We buyback PO.P items that are clean, undamaged, and unmodified, regardless of its age and where it was originally purchased. Please note: items that are still within the 90 day returns period are not eligible to trade-in to PO.P second hand. "Buy back" means we will give you a PO.P voucher to use on our website.

No problem, just go online to the trade-in portal and click “Add other items to trade-in” and follow the instructions to tell us about your item. Once we receive your trade-in, it will be inspected, and the details confirmed. The voucher value will be adjusted if the incorrect item is registered.

We love that our clothing is currently being passed along to new loving owners through online marketplaces. However, PO.P Second Hand was launched to make the process of extending the lifespan of our garments as easy as possible for our customers.

With our Second Hand Service, you can return your items to us free of charge, there is no photography required, and there are no selling fees. Simply pop your items back to us, and we will sort the rest and issue your PO.P voucher!

It can take up to 2 weeks from receipt of your trade-in parcel to receive your voucher.

Please check your tracking information to see if your item has been delivered, and if you have not received it after this time, please check your junk email and contact Customer Service if you require assistance.

Items will not be approved if they are not freshly washed, or if they are damaged or modified in any way. We ask that you clean and check your items carefully before sending them in, all items should have care labels.

If they are not approved, we are not able to send them back, and they will be sustainably recycled.

The best thing to do is to start a new trade-in for this item and we will be able to credit you for this item separately, and we'll ammend your original value before we approve it.

Any unregistered items will not be credited. If you have forgotten to register an item, please do not send it with any other items. The best thing to do would be to start a new trade-in.

Any items that are suitable for resale will be sold on our website.

If a textile is “end of life”, we will hold on to it for now, until we have enough volume to be sustainably recycled.

Products are assessed at our warehouse and we have a very thorough quality control and cleaning process.

We use an Ozone chamber to disinfect items, removing up to 99% of bacteria, it also breaks down odours rather than simply masking them. This means that when you buy your Second Hand items, they’ll smell as good as new!

Ozone cleaning is a sustainable laundry disinfection system which uses safe O3 gas at low temperatures, harnessing the natural power of ozone to kill bacteria, moulds, yeasts, and viruses. Ozone carries an electrical and chemical charge, which neutralises bacteria when injected into water during a wash cycle.

It’s our aim is to keep PO.P product out of landfill – and to reuse as much as possible. So, we will hold on to anything that can’t be resold; and once we have enough volume, we will upcycle, recycle, downcycle, disassemble, compost or donate depending on the product type.
