Recall of BIJOU – Poppy Jumpsuit
Following customer complaints regarding buttons becoming loose after a short period of use, we have investigated the BIJOU – Poppy Jumpsuit. Due to child safety concerns, and the choking hazard it presents if children put the buttons in their mouths, we have decided to issue a recall of the product with the identification numbers listed below.
If you have purchased these products, please discontinue use immediately and follow the recall instructions provided.

The PO-number and Article number can be found on the second page of the Care label inside the garment.
 | The Article number is the eight-digit number at the top underlined in red. The PO-number starts with (PO-) and follows with an eight-digit number underlined in blue. |
Recall Instructions
Please contact your nearest point of sale. You can either get a full refund or exchange the product for a comparable item.
If you want to exchange the product for a comparable item, please visit one of our stores:
• Go to your nearest store. No receipt is needed.
• Show the product to our store staff.
• Choose your preferred remedy: either a full refund or an exchange for a comparable product.
When contacting Customer Service, please follow the steps below:
• Visit our website and click the “Need help” button in the bottom right corner.
• Choose Returns as the reason for “How can we help you?”
• In the message field, please write: “Product Recall Jumpsuits”. Then include the article number and PO number, along with your preferred remedy.
• Through Customer Service, you can choose either a direct refund or a gift card.
• Our team will assist you.
