We are sending all our packages with UPS. When your order is dispatched you will be able to track & trace your order.

When your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the 7 days.

Your order is trackable from when it is dispatched, you can check its progress by logging into your account.

You have 3 weeks (21 days) to decide if you want to return any item (this include all sale items) within your order. Fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order.

Contact us HERE, describe the return cause and note your ordernumber. You will then receive an email with the opportunity to print a UPS transport label, for use for your return. You book a pick up time/place with UPS (information in your incoming mail) by telephone or by using their site.

Please note that it is very important that you use the return note that was enclosed in your original package (you can also find it HERE). Please let us know the order number it relates to, as well as your details. Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process the goods to ensure you receive your refund.

You will be informed of the progress as we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been taken care of.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
